Our Fibre Journey
The Lightstruck fibre journey is simple and can open a world of possibilities in your community.
Register your Interest
- If you are interested in ordering a fibre service at home or business, your first step would be to register your interest at lightstruck.co.za/register

Attend Public Meeting
- Normally a month or two before Home Activations start, we will host a public meeting together with our ISP’s to explain the process.

Home Activations
- After the planning phase a Lightstruck representative aka “Connection King” will provide each resident with roll-out and sales information.

Construction Process
- We will mostly use micro trenching to cut a small slot on the road surface and leave a connection point on the pavement outside your property from where you will be connected.

Sign Agreement with ISP
- You can FINALIZE your fibre order by signing the Agreement with the ISP. This can only be done after we passed your property.

Schedule Home Drop Appointment
- Take advantage of our FREE HOME DROP that will end 90 days after we passes your property. Installation costs to be incurred ater 90 days.

- CONGRATULATIONS! You are connected to high speed, world-class fibre broadband.
