Job description
Lightstruck seeks a Sales Representative.
Purpose of role
- Generate sales
- Sign up prospective clients
- Client relations management
- Manage and service a portfolio of fibre clients to ensure targets are achieved
Key responsibilities
- Engage target audience, conduct research, source and acquire new clients
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients
- Create tailored solutions that meet the client’s short and long term needs
- Educate and inform clients of benefits of fibre
- Identify and generate new business opportunities on an ongoing basis
- Build working relationships with clients and internally with colleagues/team
- Provide professional client service
- Track results on tracking software and inform management of progress of leads lists
Advantageous:
- At least three to five years’ experience in fibre sales environment (Prior telemarketing and/or “customer service” experience a plus)
- Stays in the Glenwood (or surrounding) area
- Contactable references
- Fibre experience advantageous but media sales a must
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in sales/marketing
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Own reliable transport
- Computer literate
- Smart phone
Company Description
Lightstruck is a Fibre Network Operator who owns dark fibre infrastructure. Lightstruck’s strategy is to build and operate the best open access fibre optic network.
